We build fromzero to one.
dotXline LTD is a product company in Cardiff. We make everyday money and work feel simple, one carefully built app at a time.
dot
Who we are.
A small product company in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Every app starts as a blank page and one small, exact idea.
X
Where this meets that.
We look for the point where an everyday problem meets a simple answer: what you spent, the hours you worked, what you’re owed.

Then we finish it.
One app at a time, built natively and kept simple, until it does its job without fuss.
For people who want everyday money and work to feel simple, dotXline turns small, exact ideas into apps that just work.
Three habits, in every app.
The same rules for Xpense, for Tockbee, and for whatever we make next.
01
Exact.
- We say the number. “£3.40 logged to Food.” Plain, specific, no guessing.
- Honest about estimates. Tockbee calls tax “estimated take-home”. Your payslip is the official figure.
02
Calm.
- Quiet interfaces that stay out of your way and respect your attention.
- No guilt, no alarms. Xpense celebrates spending less and stays neutral about spending more. Missing pay is a calm fact, not a siren.
03
Private.
- No ads. No selling your data. No tracking you across other companies’ apps.
- As little as possible. Xpense keeps receipt photos on your iPhone. Tockbee collects no data at all.
What we make.
Each app keeps its own colours and its own name. All of them are by dotXline.
