These terms govern your use of Xpense and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by dotXline LTD (“dotXline”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old.
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, harassing or infringing content (including in shared groups), no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no access to other users’ data.
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you add to shared groups; we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Xpense is a record-keeping and budgeting tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Check figures that matter before relying on them.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, dotXline LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use means acceptance.
